Pregnancy is such an exciting time for your family, I am blessed to be welcomed into your bubble for a short while to celebrate it!
I truly believe that every woman should have at least one beautiful portrait of her pregnancy to not only look back on when your child has grown but also to share with them. My own children love to see photos of my pregnant belly and I bet yours will too!

If you are unsure what sort of images you would like I am always happy to chat things through before you even book your maternity photoshoot. I myself have been photographed whilst pregnant by photographer friends and while I tend to prefer to stay behind the camera I am so glad I did it and have those images to treasure. In fact I have several on display in the house and they still make me miss my bump!
If you already have older children then an outdoor maternity photoshoot is a great way to include them in the session. This can involve getting dressed up in a beautiful gown or keeping it much more simple in your usual family style.
There is no right or wrong way to document your pregnancy so I will work with you and your style to ensure you have gorgeous maternity images that you will treasure forever and your baby will be able to look back on for years to come.
YOUR BUMP STYLE
Choose from my selection of maternity gowns, keep it casual in your own clothing or bare that beautiful bump for those gorgeous Vanity Fair style glamour shots!
If you prefer a more informal portrait we can choose a beautiful outdoor location. Outdoor sessions are ideal if you wish to include your partner or older siblings.
What our customers say
After looking at lots and lots of websites I finally went with Beautiful bairns photography for my new born shoot for baby due July 2018. This included with a maternity shoot as a special offer! While speaking with Rachael we decided instead of having a pretty dress maternity shoot we would do a semi nude/artistic take on it and really focus on the beauty of the bump. The ideas and research that came from Rachael made me really confident in my choice of photgraphy style. I wanted the focus to be on how beautiful the pregnant body is and that is exactly what I feel we captured. I felt gorgeous and confident which was massively down to Rachael. When I arrived it was like just meeting up with a friend, was completely put at ease about the fact I would soon be stripping off and we got to it. We chatted all through the shoot and at no point did I feel uncomfortable. Having had a sneak peak already I am so happy with the style and with my choice to go with Beautiful Bairns photography. 10/10 and I can not wait to go back and get pictures of baby done when he is here.
