Newborn Mini Session
Not everyone wants (or needs) a full newborn photoshoot – and that’s okay.
Our Mini Newborn Sessions are a wonderful option if you’re looking for timeless, natural images of your new baby without the extras.
Ideal for families who prefer a smaller selection of portraits or are working with a set budget, these sessions still include everything that makes Beautiful Bairns special:

You don’t have to compromise on quality or care. You just choose what suits you best.
Can I book a mini session for a newborn?
No, newborn sessions require lots of time for baby to feed, settle and pose. Please see the newborn page for details of our newborn sessions.
Can I tell you what photos I want?
Yes, we will shoot for the specific images you want. For example one of each child and one family portrait. I will then select the best of these.
Can we bring extended family to the mini session?
No, mini sessions are suited to one family group (ie parents and child/ren) or children only. For larger family groups please book a full length family studio session so that there is plenty of time to capture individual family groups and children.
What does it cost?
Our mini session pricing is very simple.
You will pay £50 to book with the remaining balance of £200 due on the day of your appointment.
The package includes ten digital images which are sent to you via download link.
Mini Cake Smash Session
Our Mini Cake Smash Sessions are a wonderful option if you’re looking for less mess, a simple set up and a shorter session.
Our mini cake smash sessions include:
🤍 A calm, baby-led experience
🤍Classic set-up with your choice of bunting or balloons and mini cupcake
🤍 Dry bath photos to finish
Our mini session pricing is very simple.
