Newborn Photoshoot featuring Miss Maisie ~ 15 days new
Maisie came along to the Beautiful Bairns studio when she was just 15 days new to have her newborn photoshoot and was an absolute dream! Mummy and Daddy also stepped in front of the camera for some beautiful family images with their daughter and they are firm favourites of mine! Despite being first time parents Daniel and Natalie were incredibly relaxed throughout the session and more than happy to sit back and watch as I gently posed Maisie on the beanbag and in a number of props. As we wanted to capture them as a family we started the session with these images so that Daniel and Natalie could then relax and watch their little lady be the star of the show.
Every newborn photoshoot with Beautiful Bairns in entirely baby led and invariably sometimes babies will have a little “accident” while nappy free but this didn’t phase any of us and I am very used to it! After a feed and a cuddle with Mummy, Maisie was already fairly tired so just needed some gentle rocking and my trusty white noise machine to get her off to a nice deep sleep. During this time we had a chat about colours, props and accessories so I could style the session to suit Mummy & Daddys taste and home decor. Once settled into a nice deep sleep I posed Maisie on the beanbag with a few headbands and accessories before wrapping her up for some prop shots. I think you’ll all agree she rocked her first photoshoot and looks absolutely beautiful! Mummy and Daddy have already said they would like to bring her back for a cake smash and I can’t wait to see them all again!
I would highly recommend Beautiful Bairns, great quality photos in a very relaxing atmosphere. Rachael really took the time to help relax my baby and make her feel as comfortable as possible, as well as making myself and my partner feel comfortable. Overall very impressed with today’s experience!! We will be back, massive thank you to Rachael you are fantastic!
